Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Henderson Team Behind Hollis Air Duct Henderson
We’re the crew that shows up when your vents have been ignored for a decade and the dust bunnies under your registers have started organizing. Roy Castellanos has run Hollis Air Duct Henderson since 2004, and he’s built a team that treats your HVAC system like it’s their own. Every technician is background-checked, uniformed, and held to The Garrison Code, which means arriving inside the quoted window, pricing in writing before work starts, and leaving your home cleaner than we found it. No subcontractors, no day laborers, no one who needed a job instead of wanted this one. Just local techs who know Henderson homes and the dust they collect.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Roy Castellanos – Owner
Roy started cleaning ducts in Henderson in 2004, back when most homeowners didn’t know the service existed. He built this location from a single van and a Rotobrush system into the crew you see today. Roy still rides along on jobs when the schedule gets tight. He’s the one who answers the phone at 2 a.m. when a homeowner finds water in a vent stack and doesn’t know whether to panic. His rule is simple: quote a fair price, do the work by the book, and stand behind it for a full year under the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If it fails, we come back at no charge. Period.
Marcus D. – Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Hollis Air Duct Henderson since 2015. He’s NADCA-trained and runs the Nikro negative-air machine on nearly every duct cleaning job. That’s the machine that creates vacuum pressure inside your ductwork so the debris we loosen doesn’t end up in your living room. Marcus knows the duct layouts in Henderson’s older Green Valley homes, where runs twist through slab foundations and collect fine silt. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1972 Chevy C10 in his garage. He says both jobs require the same thing: patience and a good flashlight.
Dana T. – Service Coordinator
Dana is the voice on the phone when you call (775) 383-5847. She’s been answering Hollis Henderson calls since 2018 and knows the schedule, the equipment roster, and which neighborhoods have the tightest attic access. Dana doesn’t read from a script. She asks about your system age, your filter type, and whether anyone in the house has allergies that have gotten worse. Then she gives you the honest answer about whether duct cleaning is worth it for your situation. Sometimes it isn’t, and she’ll tell you so. That’s the whole point.
Jorge R. – Apprentice
Jorge joined the crew two years ago as an apprentice and has already logged hundreds of hours on the Rotobrush rotary brush system. His specialty is dryer vent work, which is the most overlooked fire hazard in most Henderson homes. Jorge handles the inspection, the brush work, and the before-and-after photos on every dryer vent cleaning. He’s early to every job, usually by fifteen minutes. If you see someone in a Hollis uniform wiping down a dryer vent cap and double-checking the outdoor flap, that’s Jorge.
One Standard, Every Job
Every Hollis location is independently owned and operated under The Garrison Standard, and that matters because it holds us to specific behaviors. We arrive inside the window Dana quoted you. We write down the price before any work begins and it does not move at the door. We complete the job by the book, which means using professional-grade equipment, not hardware-store attachments. And we leave the site clean, because the homeowner shouldn’t have to vacuum after the duct cleaners leave. Roy Castellanos has held this crew to that standard for over two decades in Henderson, and the standard hasn’t slipped once. If it ever does, the 365-Day Done Right Promise means we come back and make it right at no charge. That’s what separates us from the guys with a coupon and a Shop-Vac.
