What Henderson Homeowners Say About Hollis Air Duct Henderson
Reviews tell you what actually happens once the van pulls away. Not what a website claims. Not what a coupon promises. What the tech did, what it cost, whether the air felt different afterward. We’ve been cleaning ducts in Henderson since 2004, and most of our work comes from neighbors telling neighbors. The quotes below are from real customers around Henderson and the communities nearby. They reflect the job we do and the standard we hold ourselves to under The Garrison Code: arrive inside the window, price in writing, complete the job by the book, leave the site clean. Nothing more, nothing less.
Recent Reviews
“The tech showed a photo of the inside of our return before and after. I didn’t think it could get that clean. The whole system took about three hours and the price on the invoice matched the quote he’d written down before he started.”
Bryce S. – Green Valley Ranch
“We’d just moved into a house in Henderson that sat empty through a summer. Every vent had that baked-in dust smell. The negative-air machine pulled a shocking amount of crud out, and the air doesn’t smell like anything now, which is exactly what we wanted.”
Anika M. – Anthem
“Roy’s crew sealed several leaky ducts in our attic. They showed us where the tape had failed and used mastic, not duct tape. Cooling downstairs got noticeably better within a day.”
Robert P. – Whitney Ranch
“Three bedrooms upstairs had been stuffy for years. The technician found a main trunk line was partially disconnected. After cleaning and resealing it, every bedroom gets air now. The written quote explained exactly what he found and what it would cost, so there were no surprises.”
Holly P. – MacDonald Highlands
“Our master bedroom vent was blowing dust onto the nightstand. They found our return filter cabinet wasn’t sealed right and was pulling from the attic. Fixed it, cleaned the ducts, and gave us a before-and-after photo album. Straightforward, no upsell.”
Bryce S. – Lake Las Vegas
“Air duct cleaning for a 2,900-square-foot house took about four hours with two techs. They laid drop cloths and the price was exactly what was quoted. I appreciated that they didn’t try to tack on extra work at the end.”
Robert P. – McCullough Hills
Why Customers Trust Us
You’ll notice a pattern in the reviews above. No one describes a vague “professional experience.” They describe a price that was written down before the work started and didn’t move. A technician who showed a photo of the actual duct interior. A repair that was explained in plain English. That’s what we mean when we talk about the 365-Day Done Right Promise: every job is covered in writing for a full year. If the work fails within that year, we return and make it right at no charge. That includes a free second visit. Not negotiated. Not conditional. It’s the same guarantee on every job, from a quick dryer vent cleaning to a full duct sealing job.
The team here is led by Roy Castellanos, Owner of Hollis Air Duct Henderson. Every technician who steps through your door is background-checked and uniformed, so you know who is in your home before they arrive. The equipment is professional-grade: Rotobrush rotary brush systems for agitating debris, Nikro negative-air machines for capturing it, and filtration products from Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman. The same tools commercial crews run. No hardware-store gear.
We answer the phone with a live person around the clock. When you call, you’ll get a real answer, not a voicemail loop. If you’re ready to see what’s actually inside your ducts, call (775) 383-5847 for a written quote.
